Confidentiality

At Blue Diamond Wellbeing we completely respect your confidentiality concerning your identity and any issues that you want to address and work on. However, our disclaimer is that we may need to break this agreement if we feel concerned that you may cause some direct harm to yourself or to anyone else. This is to reassure you that we will always aim to provide a safe and responsible service to our clients and specialists. In these rare instances we may need to refer you on to a more specialist service.

Cancellations and refund Policy

We will always endeavour not to cancel your counselling, mindset coaching or spa treatments, once booked. However, there may be occasional instances where this may occur therefore you will be offered alternative appointment dates.

This may also apply if you need to change your dates up to 3 days advance notice, as we will need to check availability. If your appointment is booked and you then decide not to arrive on the day, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a refund as our therapists and specialists will already be waiting for you.
